We are based in VISALIA,CA and have an excellent team of employees who are responsible for the design, installation, and inspection of sprinkler systems, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and kitchen hood/duct systems. We have an extensive customer base that we perform recurring inspection and repair services throughout the area. Our company is continually growing through its internal sales and marketing activities, strong reputation, and business acquisitions.

 

 

About The Position

Currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual with construction experience. Must possess strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills. The perfect candidate is knowledgeable in core trades, such as Plumbing, Framing, FRP, Drywall and Mechanical.

 

 

Hourly wage will be based on experience

 

 

Potential Quarterly Bonuses

 

 

Qualifications
  • 2 years construction experience (required)
  • 1 year welding experience (preferred)
  • Familiar with venting & duct work (is a plus++)
  • CA DL & Clean driving record (required – Please be prepared to bring a copy of your driving record upon hire.)
  • Will need to be knowledgeable in mathematics and have the ability to read written information and instruction as well as understand industry specific terminology & measurements such as blueprint reading, graphs, etc.
  • The perfect candidate is someone that can be trusted to do their job correctly and consistently without any supervision. Someone who can take initiative (think outside the box) and a problem solver.
